Bell icon notification Count is not in sync with worklist notification count

Hi,

We are facing a mismatch in Bell icon notification count and worklist notification count.

We tried searching the portal and also referred the given doc:

How to drop bell notification when user has approved the same through email notification? (Doc ID 2527014.1) in which it is adivsed to run the given ESS jobs:

- Synchronize Transaction Workflow Status
- Synchronize Bell Notifications (Now Synchronize Notifications in Global Header) 

Even after running these 2 ESS jobs, we see mismatch in the counts.
