Action Items triggered after new life event
We're facing an issue regarding action items related to benefit plans.
When an employee is enrolled to a benefit, action items are triggered as expected. They are completed and approved normally. However, when a new life event is generated, even though the employee didn't change his/her elections, the same action items, which were completed previously, are triggered again. We're using unrestricted life events.
This is an unexpected behavior and we need the action items to trigger only when an employee changes the plan elections.
