We have so many candidates applying for a position but sometimes when reviewing their CV/details, they are sometimes best suited to a different position (e.g. rather than applying in Customer service their skills are best in Billing). What is the best way to note this in the candidate profile? We are thinking of having new customized field to capture this but is this the best way to go? We also want to make sure that these potential candidates are easily searchable when a position in Billing (for example) comes up and we already have a pool of candidates which we most
