Does anyone know of a layout to upload Talent Review Ratings?

Hello all

I need to upload the reviewee ratings, to do a historycal analysys, in a meeting.
Couldn't find in Talent review Meeting .dat any field that would make possible to upload these ratings?

does anyone have any layout or idea how to upload this info?
