How to display both active and inactive candidates in the Global candidate search page.

Hi,

we are trying to use the filters available in the global candidate search page (My Client Groups -> Hiring -> Candidate Search). We noticed that we can find only the candidates which are active on one or more Job requisitions, but we are not able to find inactive candidates (the candidates which have been excluded from the selection processes related to the job requisitions for which they applied). Is this a standard behavior, or there is also the possibility to search for inactive candidates using Global Candidate Search page?
