Importing Learn Center Design Page

My company recently updated to the new WYSIWYG editor because we couldn't get the old one to work. My issue is, I am trying to import a new Learn Center Designer page and I can't seem to find the import button that was on the old one. Does anyone know how to do that with the new editor? I feel like I am missing something! Thank you!
