We have a requirement where Birth Certificate is needed for enrolling in Medical, dental and vision plans. Enrollments are suspended until the documents are approved. Question is: Do the administrators have to approve the same certificate/document three times? Is it possible to have the admin approve and enter received date only once for all the three plans?
