Summary

PrimaryContactPartyId and AccountPartyId are not getting passed for non-registered Self Service Users

We have an employee created from Fusion Application who has self service user (SSU) role.

When this employee SSU is trying to create an SR from the portal,  Primary Contact and Account values are not updated on SR. 

When a self service user who is registered from the DCS portal is trying to create an SR from the portal, SR is created properly. Primary Contact and Account values on SR are set as expected. 

Can any advise how the employee SSU can achieve the same i.e: Account and Primary contact details are updated on creation of SR
