Cannot view report with Person Number

Hi,

I am using the subject area Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time and when the report is created using Person Number from Worker folder could not view the report as it returns blank.

But the report displays the data when add other columns but when Person Number is added from Worker folder it returns no rows.

What could be the reason for this issue please advise
