Hi All,

I am hoping someone has a solution to my question :-)

I have a requirement on a Progression report to show the current position, job, grade as well as the previous position, job, grade but I am struggling to calculate out how long the employee has been in each position

I have a query built that pulls in most of the data that I need but I can't seem to get the time in position (I need to display it as X Years, X Months)
