I am in the process of migrating a large group of employees into Oracle and need to create many element entries. I tried to create a spreadsheet loader but keep getting errors

Hello,

I am bringing in our international employees into Oracle and need to setup multiple elements for each country. Rather than manually entering them, I was hoping there was a spreadsheet loader that I could use. I began to build one using the Payroll Element Definition business object however, every time I tried to open the spreadsheet, I kept receiving the same error: This worksheet, Sheet15, could not be initialized due to an unexpected error. The worksheet cannot be used. (ADFDI-05530)
