Both New Hire or Requistions have failed since 22 August

Since 22 August both the New Hire and Requisition 'Import Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data' have produced the following error. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?

The job has completed in ERROR status.
