20B.4 Field Display Issue during Req Creation

Critical issue when resizing screen during req creation - Fields no longer displayed!

Hello All,

During testing for 20B.4, I resized my screen to a very small setting so that fields no longer appeared.  When maximizing the screen, I experienced a significant issue where information in all requisition sections had disappeared.  For a complete understanding of this issue, please see the attached document.

I am able to recreate the test using multiple users and on both Edge and Chrome browsers.  This issue does not occur, however, in my Production environment which is currently still on 20B.2  It is definitely a major problem.  I will be submitting an SR but wanted to make the community aware if considering applying patch 20B.4.
