Accurate (formerly CareerBuilder) Background Not Connecting

When we moved to Fluid Recruiting, our ability to connect to Accurate / Careerbuilder was hampered. I have worked with Accurate and they are seeing the request on their side, but my properties are not able to be connected to the website. The wheel spins, and then it disappears.
We have updated the link since Careerbuilder merged with Accurate, so that is not the issue.
I have disabled the pop-up blocker, and we have raised an SR for this, but no one knows (Oracle or Accurate Integrations team) knows why my properties can't get into the website from Taleo.
