Hello,

I have built several resource alerts and noticed that notifications are not delivered to both bell notifications and email addresses if they username is the same email.

We use email addresses as usernames and it would be useful to know if that is the expected behavior?

Recipients:

Worklist
${emps.WorkEmail}
Mail ${emps.UserName}
