Hello All,

I have submitted an idea for the following problem as Oracle says it is desired functionality.  Unfortunately, it is greatly confusing our recruiters who have saved a requisition with a blank/not-specified field.  If you're experiencing this issue as well, please vote!

When viewing a requisition, all fields which have not been populated or are "not specified" are hidden from view.  Oracle has claimed that this is desired functionality, but it would better for the view and edit screens to display the same information.   Users are unable to see which fields are missing after saving a requisition and using the inspect button.  The inspect button shows that a field is missing, but unless the user clicks the edit button, they will not even be able to see which field is blank/not specified.  In addition, only the edit screen allows the inspect button to actually
