Not able to edit Required Proficiency level and current proficiency level in Target outcomes

Dear All,

We are not able to edit or remove the required proficiency and current proficiency level in Target outcome section of career development.

Checked in Transaction design studio as well but there is no option to edit/remove the fields

.Please let me know if there is any setups to edit/remove the fields.
