Hi Team,

Our customers were not maintaining their salaries in the HCM system.

As of now, they are adding offer letters manually by adding salary details in it.

Is there any feasibility to make salary fields as not mandatory so that recruiting team can proceed for creating offer without entering salary in the HCM system.
