Hello all,

How do you to manually add Misc. fee such as Shipping Fee  on a sales order? This needs to be added as an additional fee, and not as a price adjustment e.g. the original price of a sales order is $100 and when we add an additional fee of $10, the selling price of the order will be $110. Selling price of order will need to indicate $100 plus $10 as a separate fee. Also this fee needs to go as a separate fee for its billing.
