GL_FRC_REPORTS_B and Custom Folder and Report List

GL_FRC_REPORTS_B is not listing all the reports that are created or modified; Should we run a process to populate the table or does the data in the table gets populated as soon as new report is added

We observed that  GL_FRC_REPORTS_B  is not providing accurate data. To validate the accuracy, we created a new subfolder under custom and added new datamodel and report. Selected the data from GL_FRC_REPORTS_B, however the data extract doesn't include the new report , dm, folder that's been added. Does GL_FRC_REPORTS_B table gets updated as soon as we create a report or datamodel or do we need to run any additional process to populate the table? Please advise .. Thanks, Padmaja
