Where does "Potential Rating" field draw from on My Team Career and Performance page?

edited Sep 22, 2020 2:25PM in Career and Succession 2 comments

Summary

Our customer is only using performance functionality, so the "Potential Rating" field is not relevant in Manager Self-Service. We are interested in loading a "Not Applicable" value for this field

Content

We attempted to hide some fields on the My Team Career and Performance page, but not all fields could be hidden. As a workaround, we are interested in populating the Potential Rating field with "Not Applicable," to help avoid confusion on the manager side.

We attempted to populate this field by selecting employee potential on the My Team Talent page. Even after filling in the potential, and potential assessment rating model with the desired values, we couldn't get the drop down to populate on the Team Talent page. Is there a step we're missing?

Howdy, Stranger!
