We are using Project Financial Management and create contracts against the project.  We also wish to add contract deliverables for varous milestones against these contracts.

This all works fine if wish to manually create.

However at data migraiton we have around 3,000 projects to bring in and also interface in from an external system the majority of new projects cira 120 a month,  each one have 20-30 deliverables on average so manaul entry is not an opton.

At present oracle is advising that is no FBDI or API to load these deliverables into the system although there is an ER bug 23585872 that has been approved for future release (in 2017).
