Can't Relaunch HCM After Closing Chrome Browser And Reopening After HCM Timeout



We have three HR folks who work in the same location who are telling me that when HCM times out in their Chrome browser that they are unable to reconnect even after relaunching the Chrome Browser.  They are all "Company Single Sign-On" users.  They can launch another browser and get in fine it's just with Chrome.

Is there a period of time for some computers where the connection isn't being broken when the browser closes for a while even when relaunching?   Has anyone had this issue and if so, any ideas how to resolve it?
