offering status different from course status

Hi,

We have migrated the learning records into course and offering using HSDL. The course has only one offering associated with it. The status of course and offering is correctly populated for many learners but their is mismatch in some of the learning records.

eg. Learner 1 will have offering record 'Completed ' will all 3 activities completed and the course status as 'Not started'.

Any help on how to fix this is highly appreciated!!!.
