Transfer Hours from one element to another

Getting Hours value from an element and triggering another element using the hours transferred.

Hi,

Seeking for you help for any ideas and workarounds regarding my requirement. Basically I need to pull the hours value from an Earnings Element using Fast Formula and transferring it to another element and use that hours in the calculation. Tried doing an indirect result to the target element but it only processes the element but not using the Hours that was transferred.
