I'm looking for the privilege which grant access to search people in My Dashboard for the Benefits Service Center

Content

Hello guys!

I've created a custom role here for my customer (Benefits Administrator Custom) and I'm trying to find which privilege will grant access to search employees in My Dashboard.

The user with this role can see and open the Benefits Service Center, but isn't resulting anyone (attached image).

The document attached is an image to show when I open the Benefits Service Center with my user, but I have more roles due I'm implementing the module.

Thanks in advance guys!
