Need below advise from sourcing expert

We are trying to understand the cases/scenario's when we can select negotiation outcome as BPA / CPA so we can streamline the negotiation process in our project.

Also we see CPA outcome is possible only when we create negotiation directly. But when we try to process an Req into Negotiation having Negotiation Outcome as CPA then system is not allowing. Hence need to understand both these scenarios and why we have CPA outcome option enabled only for direct creation,
