Pop up not displayed when doing some actions : extend job offer, delete job requisition

Hello,
When I perfom a certain action like :
Redraft Job requisition
Delete Job requisition
Cancel Job requistion
Create Prospect
Extend Job Offer
Submit feedback questionnaire
I get this page attached, the pop up is not displayed.
I'm in 20C, I've tried for other clients, no issue, so it's not linked to the browser.
