Hello All,

We have observed that element entries created by 'Load Time Card Batches' job are having an unnecessary costing record created with an incorrect value for one of segments. Prior to 20C upgrade there was no costing record created for same element entries. These costing records are creating downstream issues in payroll. While we are investigating this, if anyone has faced this problem and have any inputs, kindly suggest. Below are high level steps followed to identify the problem -

  1. Enter a timesheet for employee and approve
