After sign in, How to land on the springboard page, instead of the 'You have a new homepage' page.

We need that all users land on springboard page instead of the 'You have a new homepage' page.

1. current URL after sign in - https://xxxx/fscmUI/faces/AtkHomePageWelcome?

2. URL after clicking on the home page - https://xxxx/fscmUI/faces/FuseWelcome?

Where/How we can set the URL to direct to FuseWelcome page from sign in page?
