HDL Alternatives to Invalid Primary Flags - Correct V2

Hello,

We have quite a few data issues with Primary Flags (around 5k). I've had an Oracle SR open to fix them and we were able to get one fixed by running the two processes below. The issue we are having is the first Invalid Primary Flag process needs to be run individually and this is a lofty task for the 5k issues we have. Oracle said they did not know of an HDL to fix this, but wondering if the community has any?
