How to default Project Information on Sales order line level


Dear Experts,

How to default Project Information(Project, Task, Expenditure Item date,) on the Sales order line level. 

Sales Order Creation

  • Interface in from Salesforce
  • Manually Created


Customer Requirement:

  • Sales Order needs to be created with every line having the project number specified. Ideally, they want the project number populated on the sales order header, and each line should automatically get that project number.
  • Each Item has a specific task code that should be used.
  • Currently in EBS client is having this mapping today on the item master. Once the item is added, it should have both the project and task specified on the line.
