Has anyone set up aduiting for Recruit?

Hi

As recruiters can update candidate application data we would like to set up auditing so that we are able to report on the changes, however the auditing options for recruit look very basic and seem to be restricted to requisitions and some DFFs.  Has anyone setup auditing for recruit?
