Need inputs to display Inactive Employees only once in the Full file HCM Extract

Hi All,

We developed Full file Benefit HCM Extract as per the requirement. We are displaying active employees as on date and Inactive employees from last 30 days. We are running the extract weekly once. For inactive employees we need to display only once in the file. 

For Ex: Employee number: 12345, Termination date: 20-Sep-2020. If we are running the extract today we need to pickup 12345 employee number. If we run same extract next week on the same day we don't need to pickup that employee (12345).

Any inputs how to display Inactive employees only once?
