Employee Referral, pay basis and decimals

We just started using the employee referral features of Taleo. When we added the bonus amount to the internal career section, we noticed it was showing four decimal places. So it looked like $2000.0000 which of course looked really weird. So I went into the regional settings and changed the decimals to two from four.

Well, lo and behold, the reason we had it set at four (previous to me being in this role) was that we need four decimals on the offer grid for the pay basis for our payroll system. Changing it from four to two messed that up and now Payroll is having issues with rounding and salaries not being right.

Howdy, Stranger!
