How to customize Inbound punchout xml

Hi - We have added Extrinsic tag to map punchout requisition line to - Fixed Price Services (no qty and unit price) 

But as a standard xml, we are getting qty and unit price and then total amount. What is happening is the unit price gets on to the requisition line instead of total. Can this be customized to get total amount against each line?

Also if we want to get some additional values for DFF population, is it possible to modify / customize xml?
