Hi All,

 

I have a scenario where in employee's has opt-in to certain benefit plan and in order to opt-out they have to explicitly select opt-out option. But Once they have deselected opt-in, they have not explicitly selected opt-out. Now I would want all the employees to explicitly select Opt-out .. how this can be done without having to cause any issues with coverage dates of other benefits in that program. I'm thinking to load the date using spreadhseet loader but in this case also I will have start the Life event which would impact other benefits plans coverage, though all of
