    Hi Darshan,

    The error means that the person does not have a salary record. Salary records need to be created and exist before the Transfer process can run and post updates to salary.

    Please go to Manage Salary and add Salary Record

    Hi Priyanka,

    Thanks for your suggestion on this!

    The error is coming for all the employees for are eligible for the plan. I have also checked that the employees has salary records in there profile. 

    Still i am getting the same error. Any reason other than this please!

    Hi Darshan,

    Are the salary basis dates and transfer process dates correct?

    Basically, a salary basis should exist before the Transfer date. Is this scenario being met in your instance?
