Work round for the lack of print customer receipt functionallity.

Looking at note https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/99678b8355 from August there is no option to produce a receipt to say that money has been received from a customer.

How have people worked around this?

In some countries is it not mandatory to produce a receipt for money received?
