Creating a candidate and using the Capture Employee Referral in Fluid

We have a HR Coordinator who manages the employee referral program and occasionally adds candidates/referrals into the system via the Create a Candidate and Capture Employee Referral approach.  The Create a Candidate functionality is available within Fluid, but I'm not seeing the Capture Employee Referral in the system or the roadmap.  Is this a functionality that will be coming in future releases or in some other portion of the released versions currently?
