Fast formula compile error

Summary

Fast formula compile error

Content

I'm getting the following error when trying to compile the attached formula:

Formula NES_US_PRETAX_401K_SKIP, line 97, a local variable was used before being initialized.

This is a copy of the delivered formula, with customizations.  I've already made several similar changes in other fast formulas without any issues.  Both the compiling and the actual functionality works fine for those.  The only obvious difference between the two is that all of my previous changes were of the FF type Oracle Payroll, and this one is type Element Skip.

Do I have bad syntax somewhere?  As you can see, I have initialized my variables.

Howdy, Stranger!
