Offer Letter Variables - Editing
Content
Hi,
We're experiencing an issue when creating an offer letter using paragraphs which variables are not in use. If only using 3 out of 5 fields, the offer letter does not allow the user to edit the letter to remove the unused variables. The user would need to input data into the field to have the ability to remove the unwanted information.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this expected behavior from Oracle, or can this be a configured to not require information for all variables?
Thank you!
