External candidates are reportedly sometimes not receiving Taleo notifications, specifically E-offers. Is there an email log that I can check within Taleo which explains whether an error has occurred in sending? For internal users, we can determine where issues are from our internal email server team. Without an email log though, they're not able to investigate an external email.
