Hi All

We have a requirement to flag candidates as not eligible for hiring. HR/ Recruiter will mark them as "not eligible for hire". This status should be visible to Hiring Manager on the job applications (if such candidates apply for any open requisition)

I have seen there is an idea raised for the same issue (https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/de25e1e774). We are also looking for the same solution.

Please suggest if there any possible option to achieve this requirement.
