Dear  Expert,

I have done HCM extract for department change. ( When department changes or newly added department extract need to capture.)

My steps:
Parameters : changes_only
Extract Delivery Options  : BIP Report

I did use BIP report as "Delivery Output".I need to generate the XML output file using it.
Currently,I have run the extract after changing some departments, but the defined XML report is blank,
 

Please provide detailed steps of creating HCM Extract XML report.

1) how to run Created HCM Extract,
2) How to execute the created extract
3) What is the backend process of when executing extract.
