Need Audit History for Payment Transmission Configuration Page (for all the setup)

We had an issue on the payment transmission page a few weeks ago, there was unwanted leading space in the FTP directory path.

This has happened after the 20C patch upgrade, we removed the space and fixed the issue but after that, we couldn't find the root cause

How this has happened? etc . Business is asking an audit history but here Oracle is confirmed that they don't have such history to identify the people who done changes on this payment configuration page.

We propose to enable the audit history at least a month for these type of important configuration pages
