How to apply models in workforce compensation plans

Hello experts,

I'm trying to allocate budget by applying models.

However, I have noticed that even if I apply models; budget is not being allocated to all selected line managers. Moreover, when applying models I do not get any error message.

What could it depend on? Is there a batch process to launch to make models effective?
