Internal salary not coming on manual processing page in core HR

Hi all, 

Has anyone faced issues with internal moves salary not being available on the manage job offers screen when processing the transaction? 

We can see the salary in the view job offer screen, but when we try to transact, it disappears.

Would appreciate any help
