Without Anonymous Access, VBCS App to use a Common PaaS User for authentication when any SaaS User opens VBCS app

Requirement: VBCS app embedded in SaaS; needs to use a Common PaaS User to authenticate and display VBCS app, without  Anonymous User access.

SaaS is SSO enabled. NOT all SaaS Users are PaaS Users, hence VBCS app needs to use a Common PaaS User credentials to use the app when a SaaS user opens the VBCS URL from SaaS.
