Hello,
 
Would anyone here have an idea if we can invoke external REST / SOAP based web services in HCM Cloud? 
 
We are currently exploring our options with respect to fetching external data and there is no specific requirement at the moment.
 
I was looking up and found a few links for Sales Cloud (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/18b/oacex/using-groovy-scripts.html#OACEX2420021) but nothing for HCM Cloud specifically. In addition, I believe that using BI Actions to fetch data from external services would soon be deprecated as well. (
